We arrived at the hotel after midnight. The room had not been prepared for the three of us, although housekeeping did bring a small roll-away bed after about 20 minutes. The breakfast was very good (we had a special deal for that). When we went to check out, the staff tried to charge us for the third person breakfast that the contract clearly stated we had paid in full. They did aver and we did not pay any additional charge. They have a shuttle to the port for 10 Euros per person, which was nice.

Thought this would be a great post cruise hotel as it was convenient to the airport. Unfortunately a lot of other cruisers did also and the airport shuttle was only a small van that held 6. We found out several hundred cruisers were also booked here and wait times were more than an hour and a half to go about 1 mile from the airport terminal to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were told that our rooms would not be ready until 5pm even though the posted check in time was 3pm. The manager told us that it was like this in all locations throughout the industry He stated that rooms "began" to be handed out at 3pm and it was not a guaranteed time. Having traveled all over the world, I know this not to be true.
There are no nearby food options within a reasonable distance and taxi rates were being quoted at 30 Euros ($40) to go about a mile. There is a restaurant on site, but the food was sub-par and overpriced.
Unless you have to stay at an airport location, I would look elsewhere. The city is not that far away and you'll have better food and entertainment choices.
