Booked a non smoking room but was put in a smoking room, finally after dealing with the very rude manager was put in a nonsmoking room on the smoking floor-what a joke!!! Of course the new room just happened to be next to the elvator and under a room with kids that jumped and ran around until 3am-like she didnt plan that room change. Pool/hot tub was not open although no one could explain why. Wedding reception took over the enitire lobby and hotel and was very very loud. Very noisy hotel, every door closing sounds like it is slamming, if you want any rest at all avoid this hotel like the plague!!! They thought buying our breakfast would make up for a miserable night but it cant. (We would have left but there were no rooms in Pgh with the steelers game. )

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was courteous and warm. Rooms are delightful, beds are especially nice. First class accomodations for a great price. The restaurant is a little pricey so we didn't eat there. Coffee and juice were offered free of charge for breakfast.
