  Stayed there on a hot night in May 2009. Room very warm when I entered in the afternoon. Set thermostat to 68?. No thermometer on thermostat, so I don't know what temp was reached. Room still very warm when I went to bed hours later. Set thermostat to 64?. No perceptible cooling all night. Too warm to sleep. Nver will I stay there again.

  The facility was fabulous! The food in the hotel was excellent. The rooms were large and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The amenities in the room were excellent. The wireless internet worked flawlessly and quickly. The decor of the hotel kept my kids fascinated. The water features, the see through elevator and the structures were both elegant and kid friendly. The decorations and design complimented each other well. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure we could get three small children fed and to bed on time. It was pretty late when we arrived and the staff acted like it was a pleasure to serve us. They were more than accommodating for our early flight in the morning. Everyone from the drivers to the cleaning crew was helpful and kind. The hotel transportation arrived at the airport quickly to pick us up and made sure we were on time to go back to the airport in the morning. Probably the best hotel experience I've had in several years. I would definitely stay here again!

  Wife's comment "" WOW"" while looking out of window at Mountains. Kids comment "" can we swim in the pool"". Dad's thought "" I'm going to remember this place."" I think this is a great place for vacations from Texas.
