My wife and I stayed here September 6, 2009 for 1 night. The hotel is very close to the Indy airport, I-70 and I-465. Our 2nd floor room faced the highway on the backside of the hotel. It was quite noisy once the TV was turned off, but we were very tired so sleeping was not a problem. Our king size bed was comfortable enough. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The water pressure was good, so we were able to get good hot showers in the morning. The room had cable, but was not a flat screen TV, although it worked fine. We did not use the indoor pool, although, it looked nice. The continental breakfast is your typical "free" breakfast with ceral, bagels, toast, bisquits & gravy, waffels, milk, juice and fruits. However, the dining room, which appeared to be clean, can get hectic if there a lots of families with kids eating. Food and milk would run out and was not replenished quickly enough by hotel staff. If the dining room is crowded, you might bet better off eating at the Waffle House across the parking lot or at Indy's or Denny's down the street. Although the Quality Inn @ the Airport isn't the Ritz Carleton, it was a clean, affordable hotel that I would recommend to single travelers or families who need a place to stay for 1-3 nights.

We had a short stay, but the hotel was very clean, had excellent linens and was the best value I've experienced in any economy hotel. I will definitely use this location again while traveling through Indianapolis.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and nicer than I expected. It even had a microwave and fridge. The breakfast was served early enough that I could eat before I caught the shuttle to the airport. The amenities (pool, jacuzzi, fitness room) were all great. Everything was clean. I was able to park my care there for the duration of my trip for only 25 dollars. It made the trip so much more convienent! I would DEFINATELY stay here again! It was an excellent value!

Travel website has a default setting of a smoking room; i'm a non smoker. The desk lady was awesome, enrolled me in a program that gives me a free upgrade (they were out of king non smoking), and solved it faster than the minimin half hour that would have been necessary from the booking company.
