  The hotel was nice and clean had a good breakfast. The only thing was that the hot tub was way too hot and the pool alittle on the cool side. The chlorine was so strong after about 20 minutes the kids eyes were burning just being in the pool area. Staff was very polite. The cleaning staff left dirty pillow cases on our floor in our room. That was disgusting

  Our hotel room was huge! and clean and modern. hotel has easy access to airport, and the staff was pleasant and efficient.

  Our stay was really great! The only complaints we have are that the beds are way to hard. None of slept well at all either night. And the breakfast selection wasn't the greatest either. The people who worked there were great! I love that they had cribs available except that the mattress wasn't very thick and my son didn't sleep well either! The pool wasn't very big and the hot tub was not clean, it did have slime on the walls that had been there a while. Other wise it was a very nice hotel.

  We checked several area hotels and found this one to be the most affordable. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The staff was so friendly my 2 yeard old grandson made friends with some of them by the time we left. We will recommend this hotel to our family and friends going to visit the Mall of America.

• Second time wasn't the charm!

  Each time we have stayed at this motel, they have been painting the halls and doorways. i specifically asked when we reserved our room because it bothers my sons asthma. ...

  Each time we have stayed at this motel, they have been painting the halls and doorways. I specifically asked when we reserved our room because it bothers my sons asthma. Air conditioner was full of junk..didn't work. Given a new room, air didn't work either. Checked out and went to Fairfield Inn..more money - but worth it. Found staff to be short with guests and was hung up on twice."
