Stayed 2 nights in June a Friday and Saturday. Was perfect. Room was spacious clean and very comfortable. We did not eat at the hotel. Had to pay $.35 per minute to check email. Was more of an inconvience than expensive. I really do expect free internet access but I suppose that is another way to make a couple bucks. Went for a light jog from the hotel but ample equipment in exercise room. Have stayed there before and will stay again. It is between Ball park and Casino, my two reasons for going to Cincy.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Love the modern design. Had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and our room service breakfast was delicious. Our room exceeded expectations. We traveled with our dog and couldn't be happier with the experience. Our whole family, 2- and 4-legged alike, had a great time.

I just wanted to note the location. When we made reservations, the map function was not working. We plugged the location into google maps, and it gave us the wrong location. Therefore, we were not aware this was not just near the airport. It is at the airport. You take the road to the airport and along with the 'rental cars this way' and 'parking that way' and 'Departing flights' signs there is a "Hotel' sign. However, the sound proofing was excellent. We never heard any planes taking off or landing, and the hotel was in excellent shape.

Very clean and professional.
Staff was courteous and very attentive to service.
I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN and have asked our company to have our next conference here instead of the Holiday Inn at the next exit. -

I heard that this hotel had a full renovation done. Usually you hear that and you see lots of mistakes and material to cover up the old, but The Sheraton was Excellent! It was so perfect I was looking for mistakes. None found. My wife and I had a wonderful time. The Flat screen TVs were all High definition. The bed was great and the overall decor was an eye full.
