  Disappointing end to a great family trip. stayed because of location however whole facility very tired and in need of much repair. hotel dirty and rooms smelled.

  I had a prepaid reservation. the hotel didn't recognize it as prepaid and charged my credit card for the room & tax again. the website states they provide free breakfast, ...

  I had a prepaid reservation. The hotel didn't recognize it as prepaid and charged my credit card for the room & tax again. The website states they provide free breakfast, they do not normally provide free breakfast. The website says they provide free shuttle service to & from the airport. They charge $4 per person for shuttle service to the airport. The Internet service was slow and expensive at $27AUD/day.Everything else was as should be expected.
