  We stayed at this hotel when our flights were cancelled because of bad weather. The hotel is definately old but it seemed as if it had been given some refurbishments lately. Carpets were clean, bed linens were new, towels were adequate. The room was large but nothing fancy. We were given an airline rate which made it reasonable, but as I look online to see the regular rate, I certainly wouldn't have been willing to pay that price. Overall, everyone was friendly and we had no problems getting in at the last minute.

  How can this hotel be voted the best hotel in delaware county for six years in a row. my room did not have a working internet, the tv did not ...

  How can this hotel be voted the best hotel in Delaware County for six years in a row. My room did not have a working internet, the TV did not work, and the alarm clock did not work. When I called the service desk the first time she put me on hold and never got back to me. The second time I called she stated she was with a customer and would get back to me. She never did. I could not even get a wake up call. The disrepair of my room may be an anamoly but when I called back about being charged $40 more than the room rate I was told it was due to incidentals. I did not use any incidentals, nothing worked. The clerk was very rude and would not let me complete my sentences. Their customer service is consistently poor.

  I cant beleive you rate this hotel a 3 star hotel. this ugly dump is a disgrace to the ramad name. please remove it from your list.

  This hotel is the pits everthing is worn and old. we asked for a 3am wake up call had a 6am flight they never called.the smoke alarm is right ...

  THIS HOTEL IS THE PITS EVERTHING IS WORN AND OLD. WE ASKED FOR A 3AM WAKE UP CALL HAD A 6AM FLIGHT THEY NEVER CALLED.THE SMOKE ALARM IS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE BATHROOM DOOR SO WHEN i TOOK A HOT SHOWER IT WENT OFF AT 3:30 am WE HAD STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES AND FOUND

  This hotel has seen better days. The was mold in the tub, floors were dirty, everything else was rundown and worn out. Hotel needs complete refurbishment. The rooms are grossly overpriced and I would not stay there again for any reason.
