  I stayed here January 16, 2009 for a night and it was horrible. Within hours of checking in which was at 7pm we saw 2 roaches, I thought well we are only staying a night maybe it won't be bad. Well I woke up to use the bathroom at 3am and saw another roach and some other type of critter. I called to the front desk and explained what happened, they gave me the run around and basically told me that since I didn't call when I saw the first roach that there was nothing they could do. They also asked if I saved the roaches so they can see them. The staff was rude and inconsiderate about the whole situation and refused to compensate me for the issue. (Oh they also told me that when they checked the room when I checked out, they saw no evidence that roaches where in the room. I asked them to give me examples of what "evidence" they were looking for and the lady at the front desk couldn't answer the question.) The hotel is basically a motel and for the amount of money you will spend it is worth it to put couple more dollars and get a better hotel. I would never stay here even if the room was free. Just a nasty whole in the wall motel that needs to learn about providing exceptional customer service, especially since there is like 10-15 other hotels right within walking distance.

  I just stayed for one night. reception staff had some problem with my credit card billing online but it resolved shortly. nobody from room service was there to receive me ...

  i just stayed for one night. reception staff had some problem with my credit card billing online but it resolved shortly. nobody from room service was there to receive me or to take my luggage in the room. staff seems to be less co-operative in most of the things.

  The hotel was ok for the price, however, it could have been cleaner.there was mold in the bath and the carpet was dirty. walking around in white socks left ...

  The hotel was ok for the price, however, it could have been cleaner.There was mold in the bath and the carpet was dirty. Walking around in white socks left them black on the bottom. We were only up for an hour. I didn't walk around without my shoes very long.

  When we arrived no one was at the reception desk and we had to wait a long time for recediviung attention. breakfast area was allways crowded. room was clean.
