  Very nice property, immaculate and in pristine condition. Arrived at check in room reserved and paid for was a Family Room WITH Breakfast; I was immediately informed no breakfast with room. Showed the manager, Pedro, the email and reservation stating room had a breakfast. ""Too bad, you did not pay enough to receive this."", said manager. Called online travel agency, they contacted the manager said everything taken care of, I head back to the desk, the manager says yes I spoke to the online travel agency, so what, still no breakfast. Called online travel agency again got a totally useless service technician who calls hotel again and tells me sorry they say no breakfast with your room. Asked for online travel agency's supervisor who finally handles this and gets it through to the manager that I paid for a room with Breakfast. The Family Room was very nice, clean and everything you could hope for, the staff were friendly and helpful with the exception ofthe manager who seemed to just not care about resolving the situation and it seemed he took a little gratification in being a negative force. By the way the breakfast is very good. Be aware the airport shuttle is tiny and severly undersized for an airport destination, get in line early. There you go manager, told you I'd remember to include you in the review.
