We felt like some of the the staff was a little "snooty." Also, we had a problem with our room keys, which wasn't a big deal, but annoying since we were all the way up on the 6th floor so had to go back down to the lobby to get new ones. Dealing with the counter staff was just annoying as they seemed there only to do "the job" but not be friendly or helpful.

We had a great time at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was top notch, the hotel was incredibly clean, and the location was great! The hotel is within walking distance to the Old Market, and other attractions, such as the Joslyn Art Museum. The breakfast was great, and parking was easy. We would definitely return to this hotel!

We picked this hotel because it was close to the Qwest Center. It was only a couple blocks away. The fact that it was a very nice Hotel was a plus. The only disappointing thing was
that they did not offer room sevice for breakfast. We usually like to order and have breakfast
already while we get ready for the day. But they did have a nice breakfast buffet in the lobby. -

Free wireless internet was a huge plus! i didn't rent a car and found everything within walking distance. i will stay here again when i return to omaha.
