This hotel's proximity to the airport was very convenient to a late-arriver, as I was. But I suppose their location is the reason they are grossly overpriced for what they offer. In most ways I give the room a resounding "okay." I dislike windows that cannot be opened. Yet, in this joint, you cannot close the drapes either! What the heck is that about? To make sure people wake early and get out of their hair? The coffee-maker didn't work. Oh, and having to sign a form solemnly swearing not to smoke in their room is both insulting and juvenile, even for someone who's quit. It's principle. Should I sign a form promising not to blaspheme, fornicate or forget to flush the toilet also?

We reserved non smoking room, but we told upon arrival there were none left. The room smelled like a wet ashtray. As another reviewer mentioned, the bathrooms are horrible. The staff were abrasive when asked about alternatives to the smoking room - and admitted they overbook non-smoking rooms. Final straw - we found out after being placed on the third floor that there was no elevator - while travelling with an infant and a week's worth of vacation luggage.

We were advised to use this hotel by a travel service but it was not a good suggestion. The bathroom has not been refurbished since the 70s- harvest gold cracked gold tile and chipped sink. It is not unsanitary but it doesn't feel very clean either. One of the chairs in my non-smoking room has a cigarette hole in it. The room has reasonably fresh paint but I look to a nice bathroom when I pay this much for an overnight stay. My recommendation is to go to the Hilton Garden Suites instead for about the same price. I am sure it is nicer.
