We stayed one night prior to catching the NCL Cruise and this was a convenient location with reasonable rates. We were upgraded to a jr. suite upon check-in. The room was on the 26th floor and had great views of the downtown and harbour areas. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent 1 night at the ResortQuest in June 2007 & had an alright experience. Our expectations were not high, and the hotel did not exceed them. The staff was friendly though a bit clueless. The room was spacious, though oddly laid out - there was a bedroom (with wonderful views of the harbor!), a bathroom, a living room (lots of space!)...and a spacious foyer with absolutely no use.
The room was completely functional, but it felt as if we were staying in someone's apartment for the night - a little strange. The continental breakfast buffet was sparse but ok. The swimming pool was actually very nice.
I really enjoyed staying in the downtown area (though not travelling on business) as we saw parts of the city we wouldn't normally visit. Lots of historical buildings nearby, as well as Chinatown. The area was a nice alternative to Waikiki.
I would really only recommend the hotel if you were going to Honolulu for 2+ weeks on business. Otherwise, there are other, more comfortable choices on the island. -

Large bedroom. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows. Mirrored on the outside so no one can look in. Wonderful view! Room was on 40th floor and when drapes left open, felt like we were sleeping in the sky. No couch in living area. More like a kitchen/dining area with small table and four chairs. Adequate fridge but no range/microwave standard with room. Comfortable bed but dated furnishings. Extremely slow elevators! Great for business travelers. Convenient downtown location. Close to businesses and great restaurants. Would consider returning if we don't want to stay in Waikiki.
