  upon our arrival we were given a room with two beds which on it's own was fine but when we saw the shower and the restroom we inquired if we could switch rooms as those were only fit for small kids. We were given a next room which was a whole lot better the bathroom was one room and much bigger. It was all pretty clean though we feel they don't do any detail cleaning, everything is so superficial. One thing for sure we were in the heart of the Condado and in walking distance of Ashford Medical Center.

• THE WORST EXPERIANCE OF MY LIFE!

  The toilet was dirty with pea stains and the shower very small the curtian was too short water was sipping out you have to put your dirty towels so that ...

  THE TOILET WAS DIRTY WITH PEA STAINS AND THE SHOWER VERY SMALL THE CURTIAN WAS TOO SHORT WATER WAS SIPPING OUT YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR DIRTY TOWELS SO THAT THE WATER WON'T GO TO THE NEXT ROOM... NO ELEVATORS...THE HALLS VERY VERY HOT AIR CONDITION IS A WINDOW UNIT AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!!!! WE FOR GOT A MY 16 YEAR OLD ZUNE AND WE HAD JUST WALKED OUT 10 MIN. AND RETURNED TO ASK FOR IT AND THE SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING! WORT TIME IN PUERTO RICO! ALSO PLAN TO DO LOTS OF WALKING...

• construction noise and no jacuzzi

  There is a 10 story hotel next door 10 feet away from our window under construction- very loud construction, and the jacuzzi doesn't exist, the price we were quoted ...

  there is a 10 story hotel next door 10 feet away from our window under construction- very loud construction, and the jacuzzi doesn't exist, the price we were quoted including all taxes and fees went about 25. higher per night-thank god we had our conf. NO JACUZZI- we were told there was a jacuzzi -NOT ---ALSO EACH ROOM COMES WITH 20-30 mosquitos-- covered with bites.......WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL
