  Great location if spending time in the Docklands area and near a tube station. The bed was very uncomfortable compared to standard US hotel beds. The wireless internet was unusable which is the main reason why I would not stay there again.

  What you get is disappointing compared to what you see on the internet. the rooms are old, stuffy and cramped. at check in and check out there was no staff ...

  What you get is disappointing compared to what you see on the internet. The rooms are old, stuffy and cramped. At check in and check out there was no staff to assist with our luggage. If you could afford a real 4 star hotel please stay there instead! At least it is close to the tube (subway) and shopping. I would not stay there again.
