  I liked this hotel overall for what it offered. I did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking, and wasn't made aware of it ($13.00 per day). A fridge was ordered, at no charge, and it would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room, but that was not to be. Vending machines have limited snacks in them. Friendly staff.

  I asked for a quiet room but was put on a floor with most rooms occupied by an elementary school bus trip. my request for a different room was refused. ...

  I asked for a quiet room but was put on a floor with most rooms occupied by an elementary school bus trip. My request for a different room was refused. I got less than 6 hours sleep that night between hearing the supervisors searching for someone named ""Shawn"" until after midnight and then the wake up calls at 6am. Apparently the hotel welcomes bus trips ""all the time"". When I checked out, there was not a manager on duty. I requested a call from the manager. Almost a week has passed and I still have not received the courtesy of a phone call.

  The hotel is convienent to all sites. the rooms are nice and the beds are wonderful. the retaurant is a mexican fusion. not exactly a place to eat many meals ...

  the hotel is convienent to all sites. The rooms are nice and the beds are wonderful. The retaurant is a mexican fusion. Not exactly a place to eat many meals during your stay.

  Stayed here during race weekend and the staff was very helpful. It was very close to all the downtown attractions and would recommend it to anybody traveling to Ottawa. Would like to see the addition of in-room mini-fridges.

  The reception people were very nice; the hotel is in a very good location and it is affordable and clean. The room sare relatively large with free high speed internet. However, my bed was not very comfortable. The restaurant food is average.
