  On a recent stay in the hotel we rented two rooms for the family. I was pleased with the fact that there was a wave pool in the facility. Beyond this advantage I did not feel that the accommodations and service were at the expected standard for the online travel website rating of the facility. We were housed in the older part of the facility and the accommodations were barely acceptable for the amount of time spent in the rooms (very little). The staff were cordial and somewhat helpful but were perplexed when greeted with any out of the ordinary request.

  a) Booked 2 beds got 1, reattended desk to get 2. b) Bedroom had unpainted patch beside window, ci) Bathroom had peeling paint by toilet and counter, cii) edge of tub at floor dirty, ciii) some mould on edge of tub at tiles, cvi) toilet has no seat cover, cv) vanity closed with melamine panels and exposed screws, cvi) tissue box almost empty, cvii) 2 rolls of almost finsihed toilet paper
