My husband and I spend our 25th wedding anniversay here and we had a wonderful time. The room was cleaned daily, the service was good and the food was expensive but good. Yes we would come back to New York New York.

This was my first trip to Vegas, and New York-New York looked like a fun hotel. While the front desk staff was friendly, I was surprised by how small the rooms are. Secondly, if your room is anywhere near the roller coaster, be prepared to hear and feel it all day and all night long. I would also have to say New York-New York did not feel or look as clean as other hotels on the strip, such as MGM Grand, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Mirage, etc. I did enjoy the Center Bar, and had a couple great meals at Il Fornaio (best pizza ever!) and we completed our stay with a fabulous steak dinner at Gallagher's. We are planning on returning to Vegas again soon, but we will not be staying at New York-New York. For the money, there are better options on the strip.

Everything was better than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful - - nowhere did I sense attitude. The food was good. The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff were very nice. The Spa prices were reasonable and the staff were all so very nice. The pool was great although it closes way too early. The location is great and I really didn't want to leave. A wonderful hotel. The roller coaster is good but could be scarier, still worth the ride. I hope to stay there again.

This was our first stay here, we were amazed at how helpful and friendly every employee we came in contact with was. Our check-in was quick and our room was great! We had room service three times, the person who took our order and the people who delivered food were very polite and friendly. Food was good, prices were reasonable compared to other Vegas hotels we've stayed at. We ate at the America restaurant, service was friendly and quick. We've stayed at several Vegas hotels, never stayed where you didn't run into at least one grumpy employee. NY-NY has the nicest overall staff we've ever dealt with. We will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my experience at this hotel. The check in process was quick and friendly. My room was nice and everything worked well. My only complaint would be that there was a sock on the floor under the bed from a prior guest that managed to make it through three additional housekeeping session while I occupied the room. Overall, I was pleased with my room and all of the amenities at the hotel. The price seemed to be in the mid range of the hotels on the strip and I would stay here again.
