Room was clean and we were given plenty of towels. Restraunt didnt open when it was to so we ate at the bar and service was ok. Parking was horrible. The elevator premit was a year over due to be checked and elevator was slow.

Not a place to stay

I understand the one star rating... waited for one and a half hours for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, front desk staff rude, fictures are rusted, walls dirty, BLACK MOLD and rust throughout bathroom, light fixture on wall was rusted (have pictures to prove it)... on Thursday of my stay I returned to the room to find my laptop open and the web had been accessed. No one has the right to use a customers laptop. Coffee pot has burnt coffee on heating element and black pieces of something came out of the pot when making hot water for tea...
Had been told that a shuttle would be available for a 6AM run to the airport on check out to be told the evening before that "the shuttle is not available until after 7:30 and I don't care who told you it would be" This front desk staff has been rude and totally without customer service training. I ask to speak to the GM and was told that I could call back on Monday.
I was attending a conference being held at another hotel... I think it says something when that hotel came to our assistance and made it's shuttle available on a moments notice to us... even picking us up and bringing us back to the Ramada Plaza.
Our Conference Staff told us that this hotel was rated a "B" but it clearly gets an "F" from this visit. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HOUSEKEEPING HERE
This is also being sent to your corporate offices... Your staff said they didn't care if this was reported because it wouldn't make any difference. That's what I call customer service -
