Enjoyed the ease and closeness to the Burbank airport. Hotel was friendly and very accommodating. Didn't eat at the hotel so can not remark on the food at the hotel. Our flight left too early for breakfast there also.

09/18/2009It is a pretty nice hotel. the rooms are ok ;a little too old, the a/c is great but we couldn't sleep. the quests, staff ;maids etc. kept ...
It is a pretty nice hotel. The rooms are ok ;a little too old, the A/C is great but we couldn't sleep. The quests, staff ;maids etc. kept us awake with door shutting, door knocking, phone calls and carts ;the noise seemed deliberate ;sometimes directed right at our bodies, just to keep us and our children from sleeping at all. Situation seemed a bit perverted! So, if you need to sleep and have children and do not have time to deal with them and the noise don't stay here. I wouldn't stay here again. Too old. Too noisy.

The hotel is sandwiched between Amtrak tracks and the freeway and is extremely noisy. Many deadzones in wi-fi. The nicest thing in this place is "Ben" who runs the restaurant!

Hotel is fairly maintained, older and definately shows its age. Not a fleabag, but not a family vacation hotel either. For a business traveler in town for a few days its fine. Internet is SLOW and klunky, room service is EXPENSIVE, awful food and priced too high for the lack of taste.

I was very,very,very surprised when i walked in the lobby to check in.The rates were so reasonable i was not expecting it to be so nice,then when we walked in the court yard where the rooms face i was even more pleased,then when i walked in the room i was so so so very happy with my choice of hotel! the price was so great! the room was clean,and it didnt even smell funny,the staff was very friendly close to freeway and universal studios,i was there for 5days and plan on going back soon,yes this is family friendly!
