I really enjoyed staying at the Wyndham Milwaukee Airport Hotel. The room was really pretty and clean. The only thing that I didn't like was how cold it was in my room! It put the heat on, but still only cold air kept blowing out. Other than that, I can't complain : ) The lady at the front desk was very helpful with questions I asked. Very polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well as dinner at the lounge. Overall, I would definately recommend this hotel to others and I will stay there again if I'm ever visiting Milwaukee.

I booked a room at this hotel through a online website. It was a guaranteed reservation for one night. Unfortunately, my mother died the day of the reservation and I needed to cancel. Under the circumstances, I requested a refund but was refused. I understand it was within their policy to retain my money, but the complete lack of understanding and compassion demonstrated by Wyndham's during this time was inexcusable. Their committment to true ""customer service"" is sorely lacking and they have lost a valuable customer.

WAS GOING TO THE HARLEY DAVIDSON 105 WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS. CALLED HOTEL DIRECT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS FINE SINCE NONE OF OUR MONEY WAS CHARGED AS STATED IN AGREEMENT. REP FROM HOTEL SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND WHAT THE BALANCE WAS AND TO PAY WHEN WE CAME IN BECAUSE SHE SAW NOTHING WRONG. 2 DAYS BEFORE WE LEFT WE CALLED TO GET ADDRESS AND THERE REZ NUM FOR US SINCE IT WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE TRAVEL PLACE SO WE COULD MAIL OUR BOXES TO BE TOLD OUR REZ WAS CANCELLED SINCE IT WAS NOT PAID. TALKED TO A REV MANAGER AND HE SHOWED NO EMPATHY DID NOT CARE HIS HOTEL REP TOLD US EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND THEY HAD NO ROOMS DID NOT EVEN HELP US FIND A ROOM WE DID FIND ONE NO THANKS TO HIM. THERE WAS NO CONCERN FOR OUR PROBLEM THAT WAS NOT EVEN OUR FAULT. CALLED BACK SINCE WE LEFT SEVERAL MSGS FOR THE REV MGR AND THE GEN MGR (NOT TO BE CALLED BACK) AND TALKED TO ANOTHER MGR WHICH IS A STEP BELOW THE REV MGR AND WAS TOLD THE GIRL WE TALKED THAT SAID OUR REZ WAS FINE WAS AN HOURLY EMPLOYEE AND HAD NO AUTHORITY TO TELL US OUR REZ WAS OK. THEY HAD CANCELLED MANY PEOPLE FOR THIS RALLY. SO BE CAREFUL IF YOU BOOK HERE BECAUSE IF YOU THINK EVERYTHING IS GREAT AND A REP FROM THE HOTEL SAYS IT IS FINE BEWARE BECAUSE THEY CAN STILL CANCEL YOU WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. IF WE DID NOT CALL 2 DAYS BEFORE WE WOULD HAVE GOT THERE ON MOTORCYCLES WITH NO PLACE TO GO. JUST TO FYI YOU WE CALLED THE HOTEL WHEN OUR REZ WAS TILL GOOD 5 DAYS PRIOR TO US BEING CANCELLED.

I booked this hotel so that my kids could use the pools - but we ended up not using them because of other things we were doing. We did look at the indoor pool on Sunday morning and I'm just as glad we didn't as it was pretty cloudy looking. The room was very nice and we stayed on both the 1st and 2nd floors - quiet in each place. (We stayed a Sat/Sun night and a week later on Sat night.) My only complaint is that the parking is horrible because of the large event hall next door. There are spots (empty) for the restaurant, but none saved for hotel guests. UGH! A pain when traveling with young children and checking in late. Staff was great and even when I called at midnight to say I was delayed, they assured me that if I needed a shuttle, they would have one for me - no matter what time it was. Nice!

We took the king size bed upgrade and it was well worth the few extra dollars. The bed was firm and comfortable with down comforter and better quality bedding. The bath was a deep whirlpool! The room was large. Even though it is situated near the airport, we didn't hear a plane! Food in the restaurant was good too! The refrigerator in the room was a nice feature as was the Wolfgang Puck coffee with travel cup lids! The bath items were nice too especially the srub soap bar and the hair goop! Location was such that it was easy to get to attractions, especially with the directions of a most helpful staff. No receipts for the stay though upon checkout as it was a online booking? Loved out one nighter but Wyndham will be our booking choice from now!
