This hotel is great, very clean, and very friendly people. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I don't think it's a hotel to take children because there's a bar and casino (for adults obviously) right downstairs. It seemed like it should be more for adults who are trying to enjoy themselves and vacation time away from children (like us). My husband and I were amazed with the hotel completely it's gorgeous. The suite has a flat screen tv in the livingroom and bedroom. The only thing we didn't like is if you rent a car you have to pay $/day to park in the parking deck so we parked right in front of the hotel with no probleml. The location is convenient to the airport and all other locations. The area is quiet for the most part it's not really a disturbance just tourist and the people that live there finding things to do around the town.

This hotel was recommended to me and I'm so glad I went with it. My husband and I had the best time ever as well as my two sons. The cooked to order and the manager's reception was a deciding factor and it was great! I was unhappy with the view from my room but was switched to a pool view room immediately upon my request! Even with a casino in the hotel it was soooooo relaxing! The rooms could be a little more updated but other than that, my family and I would definitely recommend this hotel and visit again! One thing, when crossing the street to go into the lobby BE CAREFUL!! The drivers in PR, do not observe the US law to STOP at stop signs.

Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The lobby was nice. Drinks at the resort are expensive!!! Happy hour is provided daily, but the drinks are quite watered down, but they are free so what else can you expect? The complimentary breakfast is buffet style and quite typical for a hotel. The casino is tiny with a few tables and many slots. There is an outback steakhouse also within the hotel for a quick bite to eat. The pool is also nice. The people in the hotel are helpful is recommending places to go and setting up activities for you, because many activities will cancel if they do not have enough participants. The location of the hotel is not bad. Probably within 15 mins driving from San Juan. Within walking distance to the hotel there are clubs and a few restaurants and the beach is about 2 blocks away. Highly recommend Mi Casitas which is in the same parking lot as Burger King. Also, Drums is a good club down the road on Isla Verde Ave. Definetly drive to Old San Juan, park the car, and WALK! There is a lot of traffic. One last thing, if you decide to explore Culebra or Vieques Islands (Ferry's leave from Fajardo) be aware that you will wait and be delayed more than you have ever been delayed before! We waited for a ticket 3 hours to get to Culebra and the Ferry ride is an hour and 15mins to get over there! So, buy your tickets ahead of time and be prepared for a late leaving. If they tell you it is leaving at 9am, prepare for 9:30-10. Have fun!

This was a qucik trip but I enjoyed every part of it. The hotel is ideal for the business traveler and it is close to all the activities and restaurants in Isle Verde. Try having a drin at the bar. If you are into strong drinks, have a zombie.
