OVERALL DISAPOINTMENT WITH MANAGEMENT AND CLEANLINESS

We arrived about 1030 am for our family trip..We booked 2 rooms, and we went to ours...The first thing I saw when I walked into mine, was someone elses Garbage in the room, and then no tissues, I went to the front desk to complain about it, and I got I'm sorry....we went to Hershey Park, and came back, and I went to get into the shower, and there was hair, and grim all over the shower, and shavings behind the sink, I grabbed a towel, and suprise suprise it was dirty...For being a Wingate, I wasn't happy...I went to the front dresk in the AM to talk to the Manager in charge about it, and all I got was again I'm sorry, nothing was going to be done about it...I had to find the housekeeper and tell her about it, it was a different one then who was there the day before, I was very grossed out by this, and wouldn't ever stay there again... The whirlpool was closed our entire trip, which stunk, with having 3 kids with us...but the free breakfast was great, and so was the man running it very friendly......That is the only positve I have about this hotel, I wouldn't ever stay there again, in fact, I'm disapointed they didn't do anything to fix the proble, not even offer a new room.....

Our first problem with the room was that the fold out couch had the dirty sheets from the previous guest on it. When we tried to call the front desk we found out the telephone was broken. The alarm clock was also broken - it didn't even display a time. The worst thing about the stay, however was the bites from bed bugs we discovered on all of us the next morning. One bed bug was still attached to my leg when I woke up. This is definately a hotel to avoid!!

Checked in first room, there was a lot of hair on the bed, same on second room i tried. There were toenails on the floor, the complimentary soap was used and put back into the box it came in. The best part was a dirty pair of underwear behind the dresser in plain view. Cleaning crews barely cleaned the rooms.
