  We were disappointed in our room. It is in need of renovation. It was extremely hot upon arrival. We put on the air, which literally roared at us. It wasn't until I pulled the curtains to the side...about 3:00 AM that the room finally started cooling down. The pillows are horrible, we didn't have enough linens...they only stock for 2 people in a room that can house 5. The linens were old and scratchy. Since we arrived late, we had to retrieve it from the desk, who said, "We may have some here." The staff was friendly, and the breakfast ok. With 220 hotels in San Antonio, I think they probably should start redoing some things or reduce their stars to two.

  The staff was friendly and nice,breakfast was hot and good. the only thing i disliked was the mold in the bathroom and the stopped up sink.

  I booked this room online for a wedding I was going to. Everything was correct from King sized bed to the non-smoking room. A plus was added in when I recieved a jacuzzi suite at that. It was nice. The breakfast was great too was basically a full meal with bacon sausage and all. Very surprised and NICE. One thing is that if you want to stay close to airport this location is nice but not real close to riverwalk and amusement parks. ?

• Just what we needed

  We rented two rooms for a 3-night family mini-vacation. wonderful beds, spacious rooms, filling breakfast buffet. sofa bed for extra teenager needed extra padding, though.
